When Gaia, the mythological Mother Nature created planet earth, thousands of years ago, our planet covered with rich soil, and with pure water. The soil and the water provided the plants and the vegetation all they needed.

But since then man had tried more and more to enlarge the production of nature in unnatural ways – he added fertilizers to the water, he used pesticide on the vegetables, he covered the soil with chemicals.

Today's customers are becoming more and more aware of the bad affects of eating produce which was covered with chemicals. Consumers now demand an alternative to that. They want to feel the taste of a real tomato, the freshness of a real cucumbers, the health of a real salad.
